Cancel Items or Orders

You can cancel stock items or orders that have not entered the shipping process.  In order to cancel an item or order, please contact your Customer Service Representative. You can also contact our Customer Service Department via email at customerservice.us@mail.weir or by phone at 608-308-3651.  Make to Order items may or may not be able to be canceled depending on the extent of manufacture completed. There may be significant cancellation fees required if a cancellation is possible.  All cancelled orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee, as well as other charges and fees associated with production of items for your order.

Returning Item(s)

Weir accepts returns on most items that we regularly stock in our warehouse.  In order to start the process of returning the material to our warehouse, please contact your customer service representative. You can also contact our Customer Service Department via email at customerservice.us@mail.weir or by phone at 608-308-3651.  Please be prepared to provide part number(s) that you would like to return, along with the PO or CO that the parts originally shipped on.  All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

What if my item(s) are incorrect or damaged? 

If your items have arrived damaged, please take a photo of the item(s). Send the photo along with the part number and PO or CO number that the items shipped on to your customer service representative or to our general email box at customerservice.us@mail.weir. From there we will work with you to solve the issue at hand.

How do I get special or expedited shipping? 

Weir will use the preferred shipping method setup on the customer’s account unless otherwise specified. If expedited shipping is required, please select ‘EXPEDITED SHIPPING’ and specify the shipping details (Carrier, Account#, Methods, Instructions) in the comment section.

Why does the system ask for the shipping address before giving me a date?

Weir will use the appropriate Weir distribution center for your destination location. This reduces the time to receive your product as well as minimizes the shipping costs.

Can I use a credit card to place my order? 

Not at this time, although this is a future enhancement for the Weir Store.
